This is a good resource for home owners. I don’t really need a lot of the pages, so I won’t be using it all (I should have checked more closely before buying it). I probably should have purchsed something else. THAT SAID, this is a personal problem. The product itself is very high quality. If you need all of the contents, this is a great item for its value. This template of documents for a binder of home records was well done. The forms are consistently formatted, there are no typos, and overall, the document is both thorough and appealing to the eye. While I ultimately found it to be too thorough for my needs, I don’t think I would have been able to fully visualize what I want in my own binder without having this one in my hands. So, I’m actually thankful I made this particular purchase, as it is so well done and thorough that I will be able to use it to create a template that I can tailor to my specific needs.
