I developed the Guest Room Checklist after becoming overwhelmed with all the things I thought I needed to build a functional & inviting home. I must confess our guest or spare room became a junk room full of unfinished projects and… well, just stuff and lots of it!

My approach was not to be worried about what was in the room (people are forgiving) and more about how our guests would feel in the one room they could call their own for a day or three. My keys thoughts were functional and practical.
